How we research and correct reviews

Our September 2026 review programme starts with existing wallet and payment guides. Each revised profile links to the primary sources used and states when those sources were checked.

Documentation and tests are different evidence

A provider’s website can establish its published platform support, terms and fee policy. It cannot establish that we installed an app, tested a withdrawal or independently audited its security. We label documentation reviews accordingly. A measured test must record the date, platform, network, amount, quoted fee, observed result and limitations before it is published as a test.

Ratings and unknown information

We do not assign a numerical rating to a revised profile without a documented scoring method and supporting evidence. Unknown fees, availability and security features remain unknown. A missing fact is not a zero fee, an unsupported network or an assurance of safety.

Scope of this correction programme

Older directory entries are still being reviewed. A source-check date on one profile does not certify the entire directory. We correct factual errors and remove unsupported claims rather than changing dates to imply a fresh test.

Use our contact page to report a mistake. Include the profile URL, the disputed claim and a primary source. Never send recovery phrases, private keys, passwords or account documents.
